UX Challenge: Design UX for courier service without recipient's delivery address

Courier services often require packages to be delivered to people, with signature required. It is a challenge to working people who are not home at the time of the package delivery and not every time there is someone at home to receive the package. Moreover, delivery of the package at work is also sometimes not a feasible solution when people are traveling for work. Delivering packages to people at addresses is an archaic way to solve this problem when there are smarter location-based solutions available.

People miss courier packages because they are often not at the delivery address.

Design UX for courier services where they can deliver packages to the intended recipients without having them enter the address of delivery. Packages are meant for people and not for addresses.
